ESPN Classic is the only channel dedicated entirely to the greatest moments and legends of sport. The channel offers an addictive mix of full-length matches, highlights, documentaries, profiles and sports films, enough to satisfy the most ardent sports fan’s hunger for great sporting entertainment.
In Europe, ESPN Classic reaches over 26 million households, with local channels in the UK, France and Italy and a European channel now available in over 40 countries. As of September 2008 ESPN Classic is now available in the Middle East and Africa region, with an approximate reach of over 4 million subscribers.

With main events scheduled to tie in with live sports events, the channel brings a fresh and contemporary perspective to the action, both past and present. ESPN Classic is thus complementary to live sports channels.
ESPN Classic launched a new concept for sports channels. It offers the viewer a compelling mix of the greatest moments from the past 30 years, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ESPN Classic has five dedicated local feeds, each having their own unique personality, language, schedule and programming tailored to their specific audience.
